Our two cafés are called Coffee Eain, meaning “home”. Our aim for our cafés are great places to relax, feel at home, and enjoy delicious, local coffee and tea, direct from our farmers.
TW KBZ also offers our Maymyo brew coffee carts in Mandalay. Within three years, this popular concept grew to 100 franchises across Myanmar.
Coffee Eain Cafés
Both our Coffee Eain outlets are in central Mandalay city. Escape the heat of the day and the traffic, and unwind with excellent customer service, and a clean, open and cool environment.
Our cafés are decorated with traditional flair. They are quiet and we cater for everyone, business people, families, and those that want to sit back and catch up with friends.
We serve a range of traditional and healthy foods, and coffee and tea. Western style coffee: freshly brewed coffee, walnut coffee, black coffee, expresso, Americano, mocha, latte, and cappuccino. Plus, freshly baked goodies and cookies.

During promotion periods, you can get food for buy-one, get-one free.
Our cafés provide great coffee for our customers and jobs for youth and women. We employ 15 people, including 13 women. All our baristas are trained in making coffees, food safety, and great customer service.

Coffee Carts
Coffee Carts is a popular franchise that we offer in Myanmar and are expanding to Singapore and Thailand. They are easy to set up and affordable.
We train and support our franchisees from barista training to business development. We want to make this easy to manage and profitable.
Currently, TW KBZ manages 100+ franchises throughout the country in hospitals, schools, shopping centres, and even in tea shops.
We train the franchisees in how to make and serve coffee, using our own MayMyo Brew Coffee. It is named after the town, the first place coffee grew in Myanmar, introduced by the British governor over 60 years ago. MayMyo Brew is a blend of coffee from southern Shan and Kayin states.
The carts are made from natural products, bamboo and rubber trees. They are very affordable and easy to operate.
